Can I change the payment method for an active subscription?

Yes, for active Blog2Social subscriptions the payment method can be changed to a credit card.
To update the payment method for future charges of an already booked subscription (Order ID), please follow these steps in your PayPro Global customer account.

Update payment method:

You can log in to your PayPro Global customer account using the email address used during your Blog2Social purchase and reset your password if necessary using the following link:

Step 1: Add your credit card

First, add the credit card to your PayPro Global account.

This section is your credit card dashboard, where you can add, edit, and manage your credit cards.
All added cards are displayed with their current status (Active / Expired).
Please make sure the credit card you want to use is active.

 

Step 2: Assign the credit card to your subscription

After the credit card has been added, go to your subscriptions overview.

  • Locate your Blog2Social subscription (Order ID)
  • Click on "Change" next to the subscription
  • Select the credit card you have added and confirm the change

Important: The credit card must be added in the "My Credit Cards" section first. Only then can it be selected for an active subscription.
Please make sure to set the new payment method as the "primary payment method", as all future payments for your Blog2Social subscription are processed by PayPro Global.

Once completed, all future subscription charges for your Blog2Social license will be processed using the selected credit card.
